The shop has changed the one way system so you need to walk through the whole shop. The staff are lovely. I've had to wait over 40 minutes for my script today and the staff apologised for the wait. I was the only one sat waiting and told I'd been called...
Always pleasant and helpful have always been happy going there. Well done to the staff.
People behind the counter couldn't be any slower or lazy, if there's a queue of 4 or more then be prepared at least 10 minutes just to be seen and another 5-10 minutes waiting for your prescription. Never seen a pharmacy run by such lazy lay abouts
Doesn't even deserve 1 star but had to put something to comment. Always a queue no matter what time u go there. Staff are very laxadazy. Different pharmacists every time I'm there & are useless&very unprofessional. Well pharmacys seriously need to get their act together. Can't take coming here anymore.
This Pharmacy doesn't deserve one star.
They have no ability to communicate. They have left me without medication offered no alternative medication or tell me when I am going to get my prescription completed . It's a long time since I have been to this chemist and this time will be the last.
They really are unable to provide customers care and service .
