The lady who registered our Notice of Marriage was really lovely 💜. Everything gone really smoothly and she gave us plenty of useful information regarding our future wedding. I feel bad that I can not remember her name, was in room A, a middle age lady with glasses. She deserves a 5* for her knowledge and her attitude.
Sorry can not say the same about the lady on the Reception who was really rude as she was complaining about my baby doing noise on the hall (in my arms) as I was waiting on a chair for my partner's interview. She asked me in a angry manner to not leave the baby walking in the hall as you have people in other offices that are registering deaths.
Therefore, I am asking you, how can you make a 15 months baby not talking anymore or being quite?!?
She even didn't let us with the baby in for the first instance, and because the register lady said we are allowed with her in (obviously, how can you leave a baby alone in the car, duhh?!), she became moody.
If wasn't to come back for our wedding ceremony I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LIBRARY TO ANYONE.
Such a shame staff as this Reception lady makes the guests experience a bad one
This place needs a new Manager after their long holiday paid for by our council tax, the library is still not clean to a acceptable standard.
The ravages of under-funding are really starting to show. What used to be a packed out library is getting more sparse by the week. Save our libraries!
Love the place but The playing area needs some carpet cleaning. Hope they will find funds for it
This library needs a good clean up too many staff who are untidy - wearing jeans multi coloured hair ect- staff should be better dressed.
