I have been with Hunters, or Fresh Start previously, for many years and trusted them with several different properties I have let over the years. I have never been let down in any way and always found all the staff extremely helpful, professional and just lovely people to deal with. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me, especially in difficult times with problem tenants or property repairs. All these problems have been dealt with quickly and at a very reasonable cost and good quality builders used. I recommend Hunters to anyone starting the rental property business or buying/ selling property. Thanks to all the staff and I hope to continue my letting business with them in future.

I would totally recommend Hunters in Pencoed, from start to finish they were fantastic selling my mums house. They informed me of everything that was going on, even to the point they found out things my solicitor did not even know. They were professional and specially Kate, who went out of her way to telephone me on everything. The cost of using them was very reasonable as well. They deal with the majority of houses for sale in the Pencoed area and I would recommend them to everyone who is thinking of selling. Thank you to the team at Hunters for everything you have done for me.

Luke, Debbie and the team have managed my letting property for many years now and I am very pleased with the service. The property has never been empty for more than a few days between tenants, I receive the rent on time every month, and they deal with any issues arising in a prompt and professional manner. It makes life easy and relaxed for me!
