Been in our current house for just over a year (renting) we've had nothing but problems, we have holes in our floors from where the damp has rotted the wood, our stairs have collapsed and nothings getting done until they can sell the house onto another landlord. We also have a 1 year old living in this house, our pram went moldy overnight because of the amount of damp. Avoid at all costs. Our lights blew out in the first week of November & weren't fixed until mid Feb. They drag their feet for the repairs and don't care whose affected whilst living in these houses. Completely unethical & they hang up when you ring with complaints. Only giving a 1 star because it won't let me post with a 0 :) All our food has to be kept in airtight boxes along with my sons bottles as they were continually going damp.

Fantastic service. Couldn't have asked for a better company to find me my home. Very quick to act and informed me every step of the way. Jackie was awesome and took the time to help me at all times. Terrible. Tried booking a house viewing twice, I’m a cash buyer but I’ve had nobody contact me back. I would definitely think twice about letting this company sell my house for me. Poor form property plus.
