As I am looking for a new house to rent I have dealt with several agencies so far and it was lovely to experience great customer service from this agency .
Very professional , very responsive and polite.
I did experience very rude service earlier this week from Bartram & Co , so dealing with someone as lovely and bubbly as Evie really made me leave positive feedback . She did absolutely great even though she had little bit rude clients prior us .
Howkins and Harrison managed sales of 2 flats for me. They were very helpful and communicative throughout including discussions regarding potential purchasers.
In the end they achieved reasonable sales prices for both flats with reasonable commission rates.
