We feel very lucky to have found The Haven for our cat, Bella. She has just spent her first week with Dawn and her husband and has clearly been very well looked after. We had regular updates and Bella immediately warmed to Dawn when I first dropped her off. The cat 'rooms' are very well kept, clean and are of lovely quality. The setting is peaceful and it is clear that Dawn and her husband both really love cats. We already have her booked back in for holidays next year. I can highly recommend using The Haven.
What a perfect find! We couldn't have asked for more. Dawn and her husband are devoted to caring for the fur babies staying with them. The lodges are clean, comfortable and above all peaceful. We felt very at ease leaving Ron in their care. We have booked to come back next year, Ron is VERY excited!
After a bad experience with another cattery I thought I was never going to get a holiday again!
But thankfully I found out about The Haven Luxury Cat Hotel, and after meeting them I new this was the right place. Dawn and Rob definitely go the extra mile to make cats feel safe.
I was kept in the loop with how they were both settling in with pictures and messages.
When I picked them up, Dawn even sent them home with their favorite toys and sleeping mats (Marshall won't leave his alone now lol)
What a fantastic cat hotel.
Our two girls happily settled in and were pampered throughout their stay.
The attention given to Pip and Squeak by Dawn and Rob made it a home from home for the cats. Thanks so much.
The accommodation and care is second to none and we'll happily use the hotel again and would recommend Haven to anyone.
I cannot recommend more highly! Dawn knows everything about cats, and how to make them comfortable! I sent my cat over Christmas so that I wasn't worried about her, and I definitely wasn't! I had daily communication from Dawn, with photos, and she gave me updates as to how Lana was! Lana was also given a stocking for Christmas with some toys and Dreamies, and she even got to try turkey (although she's an odd cat and only eats biscuits!!).
Would recommend here to anyone!
