The service was great. The vet was very knowledgeable, listened to me as a customer and answered all of my questions excellently. She explained everything to me and made me feel like she cared about the welfare of my pets. The reception staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience.
Amazing staff, friendly and welcoming even during this epidemic. The vets waiting area was very clean and spacious, hand sanitiser easily accessible. Screens in front of the desks. All the vets and nurses I have met have been amazing
I have ticked some as N/A as such things are as they are ,i do not know to compare value,my Evie is recovering, and unexpectedly doesnt look a lot different inspite of the tissue that was removed, the stitching is most excellent, old Mr Bell could not have done better and he was one of the best there is. And way i was/am treated as a gay neurologically physically disabled person was most excellent unlike the current takeover at bb&b who are quite shameful these days, treatment of myself was appalling if Mr Bell is passed on he will be spinning in his grave. Now he is or was a gentleman.

I had an awful telephone conversation this morning with a receptionist at the central vets4pets branch. She was rude, didn't answer my question and hung up on me. There are several fantastic vets I also go to including Park Vets on Scraptoft Lane and Kings in Syston. Would recommend them over these guys any day!. You'd think they were seeing are pets for free!.
