The doctor was amazing as always ! The treatment he prescribed for my cat was so efficient after we were already struggling for a good week with other medicine.
Dr Zoltan always took great care of my cats, always gave the correct treatment for them and I wouldn't trust any other vet.
I took my BSH/BSL kittens here for a free health check and all was fine. I asked when they could be neutered and the vet told me they could be done immediately, given their weight and size. The breed is a larger one and so they can generally be done a little sooner. I telephoned the following week to try to book this in and the person I spoke to was quite abrupt with me, telling me that they were below the age at which it was safe to neuter them and suggesting it would be dangerous to have it done. I’m generally quite thick-skinned but this person’s tone and manner made me feel as if I had done something wrong. I was told she would speak to the vet who saw me and ring me back. This was October/November last year and I didn’t receive a call back. I’m now registered with a different vet and have been much happier with the service.
The vet was very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable knowing our rabbit was in safe hands.
