I was given an appointment quickly when rang about my cat suddenly becoming really I'll. Reception was very helpful. When taken into the treatment room the vet Vicki was very warm and friendly and put me at my ease as I was feeling worried. She was very thorough and professional with all aspects of investigation into his problem explaining everything clearly in detail as she went along. She gave me full confidence in her whilst giving me the time to ask questions which she answered thoroughly. All in all I was extremely satisfied and will not hesitate to return with Simba.
