Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour. I had to wait for more than a month to get my deposit back. And low professionalism by saying to me that I shouldn't come in without mask on but none of them had any mask on.
They will be very sweet when u sign on with them but if you return your vehicle their trye colours shows. They will charge you £12 for parking tickets that means you will have to pay £65+£12, how pathetic and stupid is that.
So please keep away from them.
I was saving up to buy a car when I realized I can rent and keep it car at the end. Thanks 5 star, now I am back to work. Raz's service was amazing. So far all good.
