Worst Car rental. Had booked a car for day, but got a call the day before my pickup saying they do not have the car that I had booked. When I went to pick it up, they refused to give me the car saying that there system showed that I was not authenticated. This inspite of me showing all the utility bills, council tax and identity card.
Worst experience ever !

I happen to pick up a car when the phones and computers were down. They managed it as well as anyone could. They explained everything to me, and in the end we got the job done, finished the process, and I was "over the moon" happy with the outcome and process - Good Job Hertz
Very good service. Everything is electronic for the contract which makes the process super quick. They didn't try to oversell me anything like car rentals often do so overall a very pleasant experience!
