Worst customer service ever ( Daiva her name).. waited half an our before been served, nobody was at the counter and at the end she was not able to help us to rent the car even if we have a pre paid reservation. STAY AWAY!!!
Terrible service!!!!thay didn't want to give my car that I book because the coupon from my credit card company wasn't matching to them which was just £7 off I needed to go home with empty hands. He didn't try to help me at all to sort out my issue.never renting from herts again!!!!!!!!
Staff is not even trying to keep up a minimum of customer service and professionalism. Car is smelly and damaged all around
Worst of the available options at City Airport. Gave us a car which was an absolute hazard on the road due to malfunctioning breaks; wouldn't process its return due to "unavailable system"; the only other alternatives were another car with a known mechanical issue and two that were already booked. Thanks Hertz, but no thanks.
We had an excellent experience with Hertz London City. The car ordered was not available but we were offered an upgrade at no extra cost. The staff at pick up and drop off were helpful. The location was handy for us staying nearby and is close to DLR. Would use again.
