Absolutely horrendous servicing. The customer service teams are absolutely bullies. Kevin and Raymond will happily let you know that all the care about is your money. If you ever make a complaint they will suspend your account.
If you contact anyone over their heads, it goes right back to them for more passive aggressive abuse.
No matter how cheap the deals appear to be, the overall hassle is not worth it. Majority of the vehicles have not had the right checks so be-careful.
I hope someone makes and alternative to this company and Turo.
Very disappointing customer support.
I had to cover the repair of a car damage produced by the previous rental or owner. Despite of give my statement and proof, the resolution came as my responsibility. As excuses from Getaround this should have been transmitted via another channel apparently. Very tricky for the user. Be aware.
