Try to recover cost through unsubstantiated damages 3 weeks after returning vehicle classic con artist. They will charge your account and then let you know at their leisure is that moral as well? Normal rental companies never an issue. They charge nearly the excess in damages and suggest they do not charge the penalty for early return due to Covid very smart indeed. Stone chips are not damage but normal wear and tear.
Great friendly staff. Use Brunel directly don't go through OpenStart! OpenStart has only 1 good staff Rana the rest are useless and a ripoff. And they charge you to use Brunel!
I have called twice and emailed once but no one got in touch with me which shows that CS of Brunel is not good at all.
The company has been recommended to me by a friend because of the Covid19 offer but I guess they don't have enough people to deal with customers.
Brunel is one off the best car hire in London I must say. Michael is a wonderful person, he is so understand very professional at what he does thanks for a great experience
