If i could leave 0 stars I would. Donna is a disgrace. They will use all possible means to not pay you. Taking these evil people to court. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Deposit was supposed to be paid back end of MAY. As of today 7/7/19 nothing has been returned either via paypal which they claim they don''t know how to operate despite me paying my deosit that way. Deducted 400 out of my 1000 deposit because when i returned the car nobody was on site to pick up the car. Donna is not even her real name. Likes to play cat and mouse and act the victim. Preparing to go court as I type this

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are really nice over the phone when taking payment but oh god when it comes to giving back a deposit they seem to have a never ending list of excuses and techniques to avoid your calls, ignore you and just be very aggressive. Pulled over in there car as the vehicle came up uninsured. These people are an absolute joke. They WILL HOLD YOUR DEPOSIT AND NOT GIVE IT BACK. A V O I D T H E S E T H I E F S

This clowns are delaying with my deposit money it’s has been more than 28 days, ignoring phone calls. So my advise to you is not to do business with this company as they are very unprofessional. So don’t do the same mistake as me. SMH🤬😡

Terrible. Honestly you’re better off walking. When my friend and I rented a car from these people the tires were flat and there was 2 miles worth of fuel in the tank. We were pulled over by police because the vehicle wasn’t insured. It’s been a month since my rental and they’ve begun to ignore my phone calls and emails and are fabricating excuses as to why they are keeping my deposit. Would give no stars if I could.
