Don't go in there unless you want to lose money... Just sayin
Worst experience ever! A staff member at this branch physically assaulted me on this visit. All over a 5 quid cash match. Yes they give out bonuses regularly and incentives to come along and "join in the fun".... However you will NOT receive customer service here...
And if your expectations are customer service with a smile well let's just say you have got 2 hopes of that...
No hope and Bob Hope. Seeing as the latter is dead your seriously doomed when it comes to that expectation! 😂😂😂
On an absolute serious note however, one particular staff member here grabbed my arm so hard that he bruised it badly, repeatedly hit me, CRUSHED my hand to the point where he broke a bone, Attempted to SMASH my head through a machine, tried to strangle me to death leaving marks on my throat and all I wanted was to play on one of the establishments machines.
I genuinely feel as if there was some kind of mental instability in this dudes head but if he isn't a complete psycho, then it's also classed as a GBH (grevious bodily harm) according to the officer of the metropolitan police who took my statement yesterday.
I've had to take 2 weeks off work as a result of this and if i ask myself was the decision to visit this so called "casino" worth it the simplest answer is HELL NO!
