First time visiting, normally go to Brackla but was send here this time. Due to Covid I was unable to accompany my pets inside. Had conversation with vet outside about any concerns I had. He took them both inside and returned with vacation cards filled out and medicine. I was then informed to go to door on far end to pay for treatment where I was greeted by another member of staff with a card reader in hand staying outside the whole time. I was lucky it wasn't raining! It was very quiet at my time of visiting and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Mixed review fir this Vets, there have bedn times when the service has been great and other times not so great. As witb all vets pet owners do ferl that their pricing structure is a little on the steep side. I'd recommend getting a good value pet insurance plan to help with costs. Parking is a squeeze but a space can usually be found. One thing tgat I can say is if your pet is in need of care even with covid this pet practice has always been available to treat your pet without a long waiting time.

Brackla always been good but today was not best. Vet was late for work. I was told I rang wrong number however I had rung correct one message not passed on. They got dates wrong on m dog annual jabs and said he had to start again. After several minutes they realised their mistake and he was not out of date on jabs. They also forgot to do kennel cough but they say my fault as did not tell them. Maybe read his record card and your system as he always has it. All problems are Covid related that is a very poor excuse.
