Always friendly and very helpful staff and lovely with our dog
Our feisty little Jack Russell has always been looked after well here. Friendly, caring staff. Hygiene is of a good standard. James Herriot might have given the place a thumbs up! :)
Brilliant service! Highly recommended have been going for more than 14 years. All the staff are friendly.
I am a qualified veterinary nurse, no longer in practice so have a lot of experience with veterinary practices. I registered my cats with Maes Glas as they have a silver rating for their cat friendly clinic status and was told that they are going for gold. They have an anti-scruff policy also so I know my cats will be respected and well cared for. I would choose this clinic over Shepherd's for any cat in particular for this reason.
During covid, they seem to be busy but Emma still gave me and my cat a good amount of time to chat about him and examine him. She then explained what she found and I didn't feel rushed at all. I'm very very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend Maes Glas to everyone.
Staff are brilliant., very friendly and excellent with the animals.
The covid 19 system they use is very well thought out and works well
