Modern, light and airy. Lends itself to artists for exhibitions on a small scale. Has a florist on site and rents small spaces. Big downside is there's no parking for customers. You're lucky if there's a space available on the street but if there are several workshops going on at the same time it's impossible.

Visited a photographic exhibition by James Elliott today and really enjoyed his layered photos of his journey into Southampton and back through the Forest. They were captivating and hypnotic, the more you looked, the more you saw. Well worth the visit!
