Little apprehensive about visiting for my checkup during these difficult times. However, I was put at ease by Dan and everything went well. Waiting area laid out well and one way system to enter and exit building. Excellent!
This is the without a doubt the best dentist I've ever been registered with. The practice is so clean & well presented. The team are so friendly & really put me at ease during the visit. I've always been scared of going to see a dentist but not anymore. Thank you Ruabon Rd.
From ringing up for an emergency appointment to having treatment the service was fantastic. The lady on reception explained clearly what would happen regarding the call back and what what happen when I arrived for treatment. The place is spotless and definitely feels Covid secure. Mrs Bentley was excellent in sorting my problem tooth out and very reassuring in these strange times we are in.
The staff are friendly and helpful, they put you at ease and are very welcoming. I needed an urgent appointment, which they sorted out very quickly. Mrs Jones was fantastic, can't thank her enough for being so helpful.
I was so grateful to have been seen so promptly by Sam who explained everything what options I had very clearly to me. I appreciated his friendliness and compassionate manner.
