Had an extraction, male dentist and female assistant. There name escapes me but they were absolutely fantastic. Very professional and efficient!
The best service ever I was there today 26-06-2020 and they was so friendly and helpful had a tooth out I had no pain what so ever if I had any pain they tell us and we will stop and then it was out I didn't even know very good service I would recommend this dental centre to anyone

I really dont like going to the dentist and i avoid because i do not like needles. No choice this time as i had an infection. Well , the staff here are so good ,polite and i would like to tell anyone who is worried , the injections never hurt , i didnt really feel them . ....thank you so much .
Lost a filling 6 weeks ago in the middle of lockdown....my own dentist gave me 2 lots of anti biotics but the pain became unbearable. I then visited my dentist and he tried to remove the tooth but could only remove half!! The root was complex and would need to be broken to be removed. Further anti biotics and a referral to the urgent dental centre . They rang me the next day and agreed to see me 4 days later. The procedure was complicated and at times extremely painful but the 2 dentists were amazing. They kept reassuring me and completed the removal successfully. I cant thank them enough. I am now pain free thanks to the wonderful professional care given to me.
I came during Covid19 and I was referred there by mydentist in Prestatyn, I had just taken a course of antibiotics and I was still in a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth infection. They were brilliant in every way. Experienced, calming, funny and incredibly concerned about my welfare. They were gentle and reassuring and exuded confidence. I would have shaken their hands and cuddled them if I were permitted. Thank you for taking my pain away.
