Have to say we had great service, reception were polite and really helpful and the lady who saw us was very thorough and explained everything. No need for scrape and polish as all perfect. Very happy 😊
I don't know whether some of these reviews are real, because my experience with the actual dentist has been the best dentists I've ever had.
The staff over the phone are a bit shocking, though as I was in severe pain from an abscess but were no help in getting antibiotics which resulted in me overdosing on painkillers. So, maybe room for improvement there.
These people have left me in pain for months I had an appointment just before lock down I asked if I didnt have too go as I'm worried they told me of I didn't turn up I will be kicked from there I have sereious bad teeth with massive holes in my mouth it's been hurtting for 2 years I have mental health also it would have been nice for them too be more helpful rather than selfish as soon as lockdown is lifted a no win no fee will be coming there way unless they sort it out
My families experience with both the dentist and the reception staff has been great.
Visited this practice today and I would highly recommend it. Friendly staff that put out at your ease. Dentist explained everything. I asked for a third injection in the gum as i hadn't felt needle the first two times. Didn't feel it the third either ! Great service. Thank you
