Patient, empathetic and great communications!
First attended Springfield (Stuart) approx 15 years ago and was terrified to walk in the door - with their patience and understanding I no longer have any fear or phobias - also they are amazing with children - cannot recommend highly enough!
Mr Randell and his team are the BEST. They are all so professional, so efficient, so reliable and so friendly. I would recommend this dental practice to everybody. I am the most nervous patient in the world and i am actually looking forward to all of my appointments in the future at Springfield..... After several years of bad experiences it was a relief to find a dentist who totally understands nervous patients...I can't praise this practice enough....all the staff are so kind and helpful..nothing is too much trouble and at last I feel confident when I have to visit. Thanks to Dr. Stewart Randell I can smile again.
