Well done Argos, well organised Covid-19 prevention with a polite attendant at the door to ensure enforcement. 👍🏻
Two weeks later I have returned and most of the staff are not wearing 😷 counted 5 already. Door greeting person no mask, asked manager why he and others are not wearing masks he said “we have screens as he stood next to me with no screen” reckless irresponsible behaviour will go back to Amazon.
The worst customer service EVER. I ordered three items, received only two and I was told I have to wait for the last delivery slot (which means I waited till 11pm!) Just to see that no one ever delivered my missing item! The next day I was told it will arrive "sometime throughout the day" even though I HAVE PAID for an early morning delivery for the previous day. Unprofessional, uncaring and NOT helpful whatsoever. Helpline just wasting my time and when I asked if I can just go pick the item myself I was told no, it has to be delivered and I have to wait (cause all of us have plenty of time to be stuck at home right? Not much else to do, right?) I DO NOT recommend the shop, I would rather pay double somewhere else then buy from them.
