I want to appreciate the hardworking staff in this store over the years however what I experienced on Saturday 10th October from Jade who described herself as manager was on ethical.
I went to return a printer I bought online after I noticed that it was not printing just 2 days after delivery. I was told that the store cannot accept it unless I prove it is not working.
I ask Jade what happen to 30 days return policy? I believe such staff need to be educated. It is absolutely unbelievable and a disgrace.
Picked up an item but with a part missing. Called online several times and they didn’t have the part so said to return for a refund or exchange. Well within 30 days return window. Still when arrived at the store was told to call for replacement parts, and asked why I brought it back? Was all worked out eventually but staff shouldn’t whisper about customers trying to think of ways not to accept the refund. 😕
Click and collect super convenient during Covid.
very usefull store, you could buy online at the moment and just colect insude, fast and cheap prices
Argos online is atrocious for customer support, no email contact for their customer services!! just a poor customer experience, avoid at all costs!!
