I will like to highlight the excellent customer service i received in the M & S in Greenwich. I had to buy a gift for someone at short notice and the staff member Ayesha was very very helpful and patient. She went out of her way to help and provided a solution to the problem.
That added customer service is what makes a difference and keep customer loyal. Out of all the choices of shop to go, I will return again to spend more here. Keep up the good work.
Plenty of selection, on all foods. Very good social distancing and sanitizing stations readily available
Used the self service check out today, scanned everything bar 2 items when unit restarted itself then closed off. When approached by a member of staff we explained what happened on to be argued with saying it could of never of been a nope lane. Of course we have nothing better to do than scan 90% of our shopping with a check out that isn't working. Think M&S need to revisit their customer service!!
For such a big building I expected a greater variety of clothes. The baby clothes could have been more. Not enough kitchen utensils either. Other than that the staff were friendly and responsive
