Social distancing was not being observed but that's not really the fault of TKMaxx & there were also people without masks so I didn't feel comfortable. The store has a huge amount of stock, much of which is very competitively priced however it was extremely chaotic with items badly displayed. Also they need an assistants to be aware of customers ripping open packaging making items unsuitable for gifts which was the purpose of my visit. Staff at the checkout we're extremely polite & cheerful which is always a bonus!
Jewellery section was a mess. Store staff chatting and unhelpful, not bothering to tidy up. Long queue at the till. I had to ask the manager to put someone else on another till although she could clearly see there was only one till open and the cashier was taking her time wrapping huge pile of glasses for her customer. She went herself when she finished writting something more important that assisting tired and frustrated customers pay for their shopping (isn't that the whole point of selling?) Need to work non their CS and managerial skills.
My favourite tkmaxx in East London. Is large enough to have a great selection. Can become quite busy and you mayhave to queue to get in at busiest weekend times.
Excellent I go to beckton and Leyton not a day come empty handed
A very messy store, didn't enjoy the shopping experience. Had a difficult time looking for items, the sizes and range of different items are all over the place. Gave up after 30 min. However did manage to find a nice jacket at a reasonable price.
