Very slow staff without a care in the world. Waited ten minutes for headphones to come down - there was only one other person in front of me waiting for something, and the Manager said the staff were working hard when I questioned her over the slowness. They had to call up twice to get the item sent down too. Awful store, poor customer service. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in barking Argos store.. my first time in this store today Pauline was very rude, cancelled my reservation when I went to cash machine because contactless not working, no apologies, no good manners very bad customer service she looks like she hates her job so takes it out on customers. Learn how to smile instead of the dirty looks you give to customers. You should be ashamed of yourself. Had to re order everything all over again. But never will come back here.

Really good local Argos branch with polite staff. Usually a quick service too. The screens work and that keep the place organised with pencils and paper for customers who want to order. They've mostly had what I wanted in stock so can't complain. If they didn't, I took a bus down to Ilford or Stratford. I like the jewelry on display and sometimes they are on good offer.
