Came to click and collect. The lady standing at the front gives no instructions on what to do.. Stood there tapping her foot expecting me to know exactly what i need to do.. When given the order number she said.. Yep.... And i walked away. Its a very simple task to give instruction and super useful for someone who hasn't used this service before. Exceptionally unimpressed with this staff member. The lady in the high vis stood outside of the store was much more kind.
Shocking customer service. No complaints department. Head office doesn't care. I will never buy anything from Argos any more.

I was treated very badly by the customer servicers (their names were Anoushka and the manager Emma). They are very unprofessional and I am never ever going back there again. I rate this a 1🌟
Keep away
I don't write reviews but I had to say something. I was in Thamesmead argos last week buying a birthday present for my grandson. I was queueing up to purchase my gift when another customer started screaming in a young girls face .Being a Blackman I was disgusted to see another blackman trying to belittle this woman.The young girl was professional and keeped her cool.After the man left it was my turn the girl Holly advised me to buy a better toy that was in the sale .She could have just let me buy what i asked for .she didnt let colour judge her work ethics .so I would like to say thank you Holly at Thamesnead argos for being so helpful I will be using this store again.
