I approached this Company with regard to having a Will drawn up. I was informed by telephone and again at a preliminary interview that the Fee would be a Fixed Price plus VAT and this worked out at about £200. Having agreed this price I was informed that I would be sent a 'Draft' of the Will in three weeks. Within a few days I received a Letter listing possible EXTRA CHARGES that could occur and a request to sign the letter and return it. Of course having been ASSURED it was a FIXED PRICE I declined because signing the letter in effect I would be agreeing to pay EXTRA CHARGES. Unfortunately the founder of the Firm has passed on and his Son whom I usually dealt with had Retired from the Company. The Davies family as far as I know has NO connection with the Company.
