Thank you to Kirkham Florist for Great letter flowers, casket spray flowers and other flowers beautifully presented for our Grandmothers funeral. The service provided by both Stacey's was amazing. The flowers were delivered promptly. Great value for money too. Thank you ladies.

Arranged a same day delivery today .. very impressed, easy to do via online and received within a couple of hours. was sent photo of arrangement and I was so so pleased. Thank you so much

I went in today to get a bouquet as a gift and was shocked with the level of service I received. I felt extremely uncomfortable as the lady who served me was patronising and quite frankly abrupt and rude in her mannerisms. The moment I walked in I was not even acknowledged and had to ask to be served. I was not even looked at when spoken to. I asked for a pink bouquet and explained what I wanted but instead was given withered flowers and therefore I opted for a ready made bouquet instead which was not even wrapped in paper, although the flowers were beautiful. I have been to this florist 2 times before and never did I come across this level of disrespect. I will no longer be returning back as a customer and am disappointed by the way in which I was spoken to. It is a shame a florist right by the cemetery is so unwelcoming and cold. I still thanked her for her time but was left feeling very offended and would not recommend their services to anyone.

I placed two orders with this company recently and couldn't be more pleased. The customer service was exceptional. I made an error in the address I was sending one of the bunches of flowers too. The company rang me to check details and still delivered the flowers to a recently bereaved friend the same day as originally promised at no extra charge. Both my orders of flowers were beautiful and well received. Thank you ,and a special shout out to Stacey.

Fantastic flowers and caring and helpful staff. I went to Kirkham's when my local florist was away on holiday. Myself and my family will now be using Kirkham's in the future for all our floral needs. This occasion was sadly a funeral but all the flowers they supplied were amazing. It was a hot day however their flowers outlasted all others. I had deliveries from 2 other florists in Newham which did not compare at all, those flowers wilted by the end of the day. Staff were respectful and offered me advice on my original choice. The coffin wreath they suggested was beautiful. Thankyou so much for Ian's flowers.
