The man on the phone was soo rude it was unbelievable

This flower shop is the dodgiest flower shop I have ever been in contact with. The rude gentleman on the phone first asked for an address which is perfect. I then proceeded to ask if he could send me any pictures or if they have a website I was told he does not use a smart phone but when he texted me with the bank details it was on Imessage. I then asked if I could pay cash on delivery he refused which is not unreasonable but when I offered to pay more than the asking price he told me that he would send the driver to me collect the cash then after 15 mins he would send a driver out again don’t get why he would send a driver twice. I asked for him if he could stay open he said “no we close now” but proceeded to pester me for a transfer. After sending him a picture of my delivered beautiful bouquet of flowers he responded with they look cheap like £10 Tesco flowers and then magically had pictures which where obviously google images of what he was supposedly going to deliver😂 from not having a smartphone to sending me a mediocre bouquet which he had found on google... something ain’t right If I was you I’d stay away

Last time I bought something from there my flowers died after 2 months, disappointed about how it would die so quick and how they should have lasted for longer. My mum said to me that they were a very bad choice to put together, all I did was buy the most expensive ones thinking they would be the best however my friend bought the cheap ones and his mum was way happier than mine and my mum is usually more happy than there's. Not sure if it has changed yet but I was disappointed at how there was someone smoking right outside of the shop and it got all of my "dead" flowers😡 Not sure if it was the smoking that killed the flowers or the lack of help I was told to keep my (mums) flowers still alive! Please respond if someone had the exact same problem as me! Thank you

Keep away from this freak people, I called to book flowers, men othe the phone said we have no flowers, sorry by, Then I asked: Are you Florist? He said yes, only roses, no English and dropped the phone, I never had such a rude experience in UK, shame on you owners, very dodgy for me, stay away from those people..
