***WARNING - DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE!!!*** I have just been traumatised by an awful experience with these people and feel the need the share it. I ordered a bouquet of 12 red roses with other flowers, they said they only had 10, but then only 9 arrived. They were the smallest roses I have ever seen.
When I rang to complain and ask for my money back, the manager (called Sam) actually accused me of lying, saying that I had probably already used the flowers and was trying to just get away with free flowers (which was absolute nonsense as I complained as soon as they arrived!).
He then threatened to contact my girlfriend directly (who the flowers were for) if 'I tried anything.' This was unprovoked, unprofessional, rude and downright nasty.I have never been so shocked by a shopping experience in my whole life.
