Shocking the worst flowers ever received And definitely no customer service when I did complain No notice was taken stay away

I ordered some flower for a funeral, my neighbour who has passed away. I was told a small wreaf will cost me £95 which I thought was very expensive, I then asked for a Normal bouquet and requested for white roses and white lilies which came up to £49.99 including delivery charge of £4.99 to be delivered to the funeral directors. After I placed the order the location of where the flowers was to delivered had change, so I called the florist right away to change the delivery address. I was told they couldn't do l will have to come and get the flowers myself, out of desperation I agreed and asked for the delivery charge to be refunded to me since I am collecting it my self and was told to get there for 9am to pick it up. I got to the address which was on the website and I found out that it was someone's residence and they had no idea when I asked about the florist. I called the florist and I was told" we are closed and a refund has been given " I was very confused as that was not what the arrangement was, I asked why I was not informed about this cancellation and was shouted at and was told "they were feed up with me "and hanged up the phone on me. After this conversation I checked my online banking and realized only £24.99 had been refunded. I called the ao called shop again and at this point my calls were ignored and not answered. I called the number again with a land line then there was an answer, I queried why only £24.99 had been refunded and was told " it was a cancellation fee" a cancellation I did not ask for or authorised. I am disgusted and sick to my stomach that people like that are allowed to run a business, I see them as fraudsters and duping people. This so called business must be shut down and it is a disgrace to other florist in the area.

I ordered flowers from this florist for my sister in laws funeral today. I ask for mauve and yellow flowers not yellow orange and white. They cost 45 plus 4 99 delivery there were about 6 to seven flowers in a hand tied and they got our names wrong and delivered them Sunday not today. Will be phoning them first thing. Would not recommend them to anyone .

Do not order flowers from here!! The flowers we ordered were limp and died within 2 days. Very over priced for the items we got. They added 2 sprigs of gypsophelia which were broken and old and added nothing to the bunch. Very unhappy.
