Spoke to an amazing lady called Ella on the phone who helped me get the perfect flowers for my partner they were sent and delivered within two hours. Brilliant customer service. lovely flowers 💐 😍

Very poor quality. My friend bought a bouquet for my birthday and when I got the bouquet home and unwrapped it I saw that the flowers were past their best already dropping petals and one of the stalks was broken. I would like to upload a photo so that you can see for yourself the poor quality. I am so sorry she wasted her money buying from this company. She would have got a much better bouquet from one of the supermarkets at a lower price!

The florist quickly pulled together a beautiful fresh bouquet for me to my budget & selection of flowers, price was really reasonable. Would recommend

Beautiful valentines bouquet bought by my husband but unfortunately they didn’t last long. However, customer services lady dealt with it well and has offered us a voucher for a bunch of flowers.

I tried to place an order on the 26th of November on their website. The website glitched at the end of my payment and took the money from my account but did not place the order. They told me I needed to wait up to 3 business days to see if the money actually did come out of my account, which it did. They then said that I would then need to contact my bank because they didn't have the money, which would not work. And I made them check their account, and it showed up on their end. On the 4th of December, was told the money had been put back into my account and that I'd have to wait 3-7 business days for the money to appear in my account. It's now the 13th of December and I've yet to have the money in my account and I've NEVER experienced it taking this long to refund. I also emailed 3 days ago to let them know the money is yet to hit my bank account with no response.
