The staff were so friendly and service we received was 11/10. We’re absolutely thrilled with our Christmas tree, it’s thick, bushy and smells amazing. Adrian went above and beyond, delivered the tree to our front door and came back the following day with a stand and some gorgeous decorations as part of the service - excellent value for money. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend :)

Every so often you stumble across a local business which really gets you excited about shopping, and when they offer products as high quality as this, and a service as good as the one Ade provided to me, he's won a repeat customer for as long as I possibly can. Goodbye shop bought flowers, hello fresh flower subscription. I got a lovely 6ft Fraser fir delivered for free to my flat with a stand, all on the day I chose. Ade is a real gent and it's a pleasure to do business with him. I am a loyal fan now.

Terrible service from the guy who works in the shop. We called to reserve a tree and stand before Christmas which he said he put aside for us. We went to collect these and then he told us the stands have sold out. Not a big deal as he said he would deliver one to our house the next morning. He lied and never turned up and we chased him multiple times on the phone and he kept lying saying he would come but never did. After days of chasing he finally showed up and gave us a broken stand (not even in a box so clearly used). We called and he told us we could bring the stand in the next day for a refund. After going to Greenwich to take the stand back the shop was closed (within opening hours) and he would not answer our calls. I finally got through and he kept making excuses as to why he wasn’t there. In the end he said he would process a card refund and we could throw the stand away. I gave him the card details and he said the refund would take a day to process. A few days passed and no refund... I chased him and he told us it had been processed but he would chase it for us (unsure who he was chasing if the refund had been processed??) Two weeks later and the refund has still not been processed. The guy is extremely unprofessional and has lied throughout the whole process. Terrible service and has stolen our money.

Fabulous bespoke service.. The staff are so friendly and helpful and my flower display they put together was amazing! Cannot recommend this florist highly enough
