Lovely place, way bigger than it seems and full of really nice people. They make you feel comfortable and at home. Definitely recommend 💖

A really professional team who care about their clients, listen to them and provide the right advice. They understand hair and moving to this Salon is best thing I ever did.

I hardly review places but I felt so strongly about this one, I had to say something, so here we go.... Absolutely lacking in interpersonal skills, rude and would never recommend this place. My husband and kids were helping clear out the path at the back of their salon (Albany Terrace) due to littering issues. We used some of the bins that had been left there to sort out the mess left by the flight tippers. Two of the girls working at the salon happened to come outside just as we were finishing the cleanup. They asked wether we were responsible for the mess of which I politely answered no. Unbeknown to me I had used their bin. They went in called their manager who proceeded to empty the contents of the bin we had just cleared, back in the street outside another neighbours compound!!! They then came looking for me and started with a barrage of abuse, questioning why I had cleaned up and how dare I put litter in their bin. This caught me by surprise. At the very least I would have expected a 'thank you and please don't use our bin next time'. In addition this was all done in front of my two toddlers. They showed me where they had damped the mess stating "you can go do with it what you want now" I was left feeling very upset and disappointed that people with such attitudes are unable to think before acting or speaking. The neighbor whose front garden was littered, happened to just be arriving home, as I was parking my car. Upset by the sight of garbage outside her house, she approached me and inquired wether I had seen who had left the mess outside her house. I explained the situation. Her heart sunk. I helped her clean up, again. Really this was turning out to be one of those days you set out to do good but it doesn't feel so rewarding. In my opinion the actions of the staff at Salone One that day equals the mentality of the flight tippers. My advice, please choose responsible service givers.
