Had a small issue with my log unit as it had been dropped by the courier, I cant believe how fast and polite this company was in apologizing for the inconvenience and replacing the item as well as having the old item returned to them. Fabulous company, i will be using again d would recommend using them, communication second to none as well 5 stars for me with these people
The Couriers were terrible but the once I called the Company, they quickly, politely and efficiently resolved the issue and had the item to us in no time.
My item was delivered sooner than stated but there was a slight problem with it. I telephoned the sender to report the issue, they dealt with the call very quickly, courteously and efficiently. No quibbles they sent a replacement item which arrived the next day. I prefer to judge a company by how they react when things don't run smoothly - they excelled, thank you. The letter cage itself was easy to fit and I think will be perfect to catch my post. Do bear in mind that your door may not open as far with this fitted. Good quality item and great customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again or recommend to friends. Thank you
