After being messed about by several letting agents in trying to find a property - poor comms, no-shows etc, dealing with Foy Williams was a breath of fresh air. Professional and efficient from start to finish. Chloe and Rachel were great to deal with.
Phoned numerous times to book a viewing on a property I am interested in buying . In the end I emailed I had a reply saying they had trouble with there phones so if i email which property I was interested in they would get back to me. Still haven't had a response.
Finally had a response after calling . The hours they offer to view a property are not flexible for working family's. Lady was rude on the phone would not recommended selling or buying a house from them
Avoid at all costs no reply to email or phone calls tell you they haven't had any calls then get caught out when you ring office numbers and the person you tried phoning answers constantly lies throughout the buying process to string you along wouldn't buy a home if these were selling it for the owners waste of time and effort.
Quiet able to browse in my own time
Such poor communication. No replies to emails, no proactiveness. I would avoid at all costs whether buying, selling or renting!
