Very bad place. I purchased a shoe £55 they said I can change/refund on 28 days. The shoe just hurt my foot badly and after some days I went to return it. The shoe was in new condition but they refused and said I can not return only change. I said the new one may be the same one so I don't want to change but they were rude. I talked with manager a young boy which was very rude and impolite. Won't buy again from Clarks too expensive very low quality and very rude and impolite staff. Shame on CLARKS! AVOID
The girl that served us was so lovely and helpful and brilliant with our little girl. The shop was very busy but the manager, assistant manager and another member of staff seemed to think it was acceptable to stand at the till having a good old chat while 3 other customers were waiting for fittings. The 2 young girls in there were rushed off their feet while management clearly took the mick.
Fairly good social distancing. Helpful shop assistants. However not a brilliant amount of choice.
Really helpful staff skilled at kids fittings
Clean and friendly. Good service. No stock unfortunately of what I needed.
