Excellent staff, the coffee's good too!
I bought my wife a necklace for christmas from Goldsmiths. They hadn't got the one i wanted but were very helpful and i chose an alternative. It didn't fit which was a shame. When they reopened we took it back and again the lady who served us couldnt have been more helpful. She found the original necklace in the safe, leading to one happy wife.
The after sales service here was excellent
I needed help with my eco drive watch and they were only too happy to help
