Are you sitting comfortably, then l will begin. Once upon a time l was selling my house. I was in a chain with 2 others. We used these solicitors for our first ever house purchase. Sian and Rachael were amazing. Very speedy and didn't mind answering all out daft questions. We were always able to get in contact with them. Would recommend them to anyone and if we move house again we definitely know where we will be going. Conveyance is rarely a positive and stress free process, but with excellent communication and professionalism I was blown away. Selling in 2020 was meant to be difficult, but I was at ease with Sian and Rachael in control. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
