It's hard to rate a place like this due to personal circumstances, however I will say they acted on my behalf with a rather messy mortgage situation. At the start I was confident however two years down the road and I can say with absolute confidence I will not be using these again.
I would say they do not stand by what they say they will do, they are lacking in determination on your behalf and for me the final letdown was when they sent me the bill and they had my grandfathers name wrong. OK mistakes happen but when I phoned to inform them I got the classic what do you want me to do about it!!! Well you can start by sending me a new bill with the right names on.
Still waiting for a call its an emergency and they haven't bothered phoning
Mr Robert Williams and his team provided me with excellent support and guidance during a very difficult situation relating to voluntary redundancy. Lauren blackford from ghp legal was amazing .our house sale took around 8 weeks. Lauren was So easy to talk to ,very efficient and got back to my questions so quick .
