I have used Ian Moore for all 3 of my mortgages and always found him to be helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I used him recently and we sent our paperwork to him one day and he came back to us the very next day with a mortgage in principal so that we could start looking for a home and knew our limit. Once we had an offer accepted on the property he set all the wheels in motion straight away, and explained every step to us. He then sorted out our house and life insurance for us. I would not hesitate to recommend I M Mortgage Consultancy Ltd to anyone and will be using Ian again should the need arise.
