Queues.Queues. it needs a reorganisation. I have come across one or two staff who are rude ( letting people who they obviously know jump in front of those of us in the bloody queues) and condesending. This is an esso garage pretending to be a tesco. It must be or they would take tesco vouchers.... Manager was organised and trying hard albeit stressed.

The stuffs act weird. One of them keeps chatting me up everytime I go to him at the till. It's getting really annoying and he needs to be removed from the till and do other things. He shouldn't ever be allowed to be at the till, makes me very uncomfortable.

Always busy,not enough staff. “Sukinder” the staff that wears a cap ( highly unprofessional) is rude and stuck up makes the whole shopping experience unbearable. Doesn’t offer a bag. Does not acknowledge the customers or even give a smile. Horrible and disgusting attitude.
