Everything is automated here, you have no control over anything and the system in use is faulty. This location is a cash cow for the company. Paid the full amount prompted by the parking machine when I was about to leave and got a PCN in post a week later for stating I didn't pay the full amount. Appealed it with all tickets I had with me and they dismissed it. Disgusting company. Now on my way to ombudsman. Heard similar stories about the Island Green too.
*PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVIOD* this car park! Unfortunately a 'minus ' rating is not an option because if it was, this place would get it! We parked in early August. The was no signage in English where we parked so no way of knowing the parking charges. The actual car park looks awful & disgusting and very nearly drove back out but my wife changed my mind. We assumed because of the cameras we would pay when we came back, which we did but then surprise suprise a penalty notice arrived on our doorstep from "PARKING EYE" for 'insufficient payment'. "WHHHAT? Are you joking? ". Subsequently our appeal has now been denied, again suprise suprise and now we must pay, which we will do, to end this awful episode. I do not make a habit of reading carpark reviews because at the end of the day it's a carpark (nothing major) but believe me..... I WILL NOW! Hopefully you will read this before you use this scam of a so called carpark and TOTALLY AVOID!
For 7 minutes cost me 210 pounds plus driving to mold tribunal. Robbers.
Received parking fine beside I paid for proper amount of time and received confirmation ticket money been taken out of my account Now need to deal and wait with all appeals... Speechless...
DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK!!!!!!!! Visited and parked up with my mum on a Sunday, we weren’t too sure whether it was free as no sign to say. So I paid what I thought we owed for parking for 4 hours and got the ticket out of the machine and left. A week later we have received a letter with a £100 fine. I paid the correct amount so this obviously means the machine is broken or the place is corrupt and after everyone’s money!! I am so angry we do not need this fine as going through enough as it is. So so so very angry please do not use. We should have known better as it looks a bit of a state. Now feeling guilty for my mum as she’s had the charge. How can they get away with it?! Read all reviews below as everyone has had same problem.
