Incompetent Despicable Service 😠
I paid £80 for a private prescription for 20 clexane injections... Opened the first box and it had 10. Today I've opened the second box which states "box of 10" and it only has 8 injections 😠😠😠
This is either the height of incompetence or outright theft. Unfortunately I'm away due to work or I'd be back at the store with my receipt complaining.
Shameful staff and pharmacy, this is necessary medication and a course of 20 has been prescribed for a reason. lgnoring the fact I've been charged for 2 I jections I didn't get.
Had to phone around several chemists due to one item on my script not being available, but this chemist had it in. Wasen't waiting long, great service from the female staff. Good job, well done.
Quite frankly the finest chemists in Christendom.
