Drive past it and go around the church and that is your best bet at free parking for limited time but if you are staying around for a while never had my car damaged there unlike Tesco abergele
Some good shops but not so good building
The white Ross center in Rhyl in North Wales is a Brilliant place to go with family and friends it's got all kinds of great shops all under one roof and it's got great, multi-storey car park were you can park your car that's why I gave it the Big 5 Stars
Very useful for moving amongst shops but there are empty spaces and that is sad.
They have posted a clearer time poster after costing thirty pounds have to leave it overnight because they had closed at 18:00hrs
