I’ve heard many good things about this pharmacy over the years but tonight has been the first occasion I’ve needed to use it. I have mistakenly been firmly under the impression that it’s open twenty four hours a day seven days a week. As I have learnt this evening it actually closes at 22:00 on a Sunday. I wasn’t aware of this and it it didn’t appear that the extremely pleasant and helpful gentleman who served me (when I rocked up at 22:10 looking for something for my son’s sore throat) was aware of this fact either.
After being made aware of the fact it’s not a 24hr operation and reading a number of the reviews here I’m presuming that this gentleman is Dennis and wish to add that he is in fact something that has of late become a rarity. That is he truly is a real life true gentleman and they may all sound too good to be true but the reviews mentioning him that you will read here are all true.
Five stars without having to think about it.
On holiday in Abergele, rang out of hours doc for prescription, and although there was a long wait, i was just grateful to get my prescription, nice friendly pharmacist
45 minute wait today just got some cream.Usually excellent service here but not today

I and another person were waiting for you to open as it states on your opening hour details. Alas you didn't open.
Read reviews while waiting and saw one person had mentioned you didn't open on a Sunday. Please change your opening hour times so folk know 🙄😢
Still waiting 45 min at least 15 people have been in i am still waiting discusting never a gain
