This surgery just amazing. The doctors and the receptionist ladies are so kind and professional. Under this hard time they are doing their job amazingly.
Very reasonably priced, took our lab staff in with eye problems....the vet was awesome and couldn't do enough to please and help us out. Fantastic service
The vets itself is lovely, well presented and the receptionists are polite and professional. Most of the vets are good, however, my mother-in-law took our Sprocker in for his annual jabs and the vet who treated him was atrocious.
She didn't greet Brodie, she demanded he went onto the scales and made absolutely no attempt to get to know Brodie, baring in mind she was a complete stranger to him. She then made my mother-in-law put a muzzle on him when he does not bite and never has bitten. The reason Brodie was scared was because a stranger was poking and prodding at him!
He is the sweetest, most loving dog and this lady really disappointed my mother-in-law and myself.
As always friendly and accommodating even with the restrictions having been imposed.
Very friendly staff and well organised for covid protection.
